Terms and Conditions

To access or use the SKLS AUTOS web account, an agreement to following terms and conditions is mandatory:

About SKLS AUTOS

The company trades SKLS AUTOS by sharing vehicle information, photos, prices and enabling only the account holders to order vehicles for export from Japan. SKLS AUTOS does not and cannot provide any warranty regarding vehicles qualified by JEVIC inspection and shipped out of the country after Certificate for our final product is issued.

Account Holders

a) SKLS AUTOS ID account holders must agree with the terms and conditions of the company in order to initiate the process of placing an order. Following measures are NOT to be carried out:

• Modification, distribution or publishing any material including Invoice, Bill of Lading (BL), JEVIC Certificate, and Export Certificate.
• Use of any automated process to query, access, retrieve, scrape, and data-mine or copy and material on SKLS AUTOS, or generate or compile any document, index or database based on the material published on the SKLS AUTOS.
• Use or attempted use of any material published on SKLS AUTOS to create any website, publication or searchable database, mirror or frame any website or page within the SKLS AUTOS.
• Transfer or sell any information, functionality or products or services offered on the SKLS AUTOS.
• Undertake any other action which is in violation of these terms and conditions (or other terms and conditions, and policies referred to in these) or any applicable law.

b) Otherwise, SKLS AUTOS reserves the right to terminate your access and use at any point in time.

You are responsible for use of SKLS AUTOS Account.

You are required to maintain the safety of your username and password credentials to access the SKLS AUTOS website. These details are not to be shared under any circumstances to third-parties. You bear the responsibility of all liability for any unauthorized access or login credentials issued to you by SKLS AUTOS.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

1. Payment

a) Customers (Account Holders) shall pay SKLS AUTOS the agreed price for vehicles on or prior to the agreed due date, which shall be seven days from the date of invoice unless stated otherwise. Time for payment is of the essence.

b) Should customers (account holders) take deposit-first option as agreed with SKLS AUTOS, an initial deposit is required from customers (account holders) within seven days after issuance of invoice. Customers (account holders) shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the balance has been paid two weeks before the arrival of the vehicle to the port. Should the customers (account holders) choose to cancel the agreement, customers (account holders) will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 10% out of agreed C&F price.

c) Should the owed amount not be received in full from the customers (account holders) within a week from the agreed date of payment, the company shall be entitled to:

• Charge customers (account holders) cancellation fee on any unpaid sums.
• Suspend all documents (including, but not limited to the services provided to SKLS AUTOS under any agreement with the company, until the time when payment is received in full.

All payment must be payable to SKLS AUTOS unless notified otherwise. The company also reserves the right to decide the amount of any credit extended to customers (account holders) on its sole discretion. The company will also be entitled to withdraw credit facilities from customers (account holders) at any time.

All payments processed to SKLS AUTOS by customers (account holders), shall be considered as money accounted to customers (account holders) with respect to prior communication between customers (account holders) and Delights via phone or email.

2. Cancellation Terms

a) Customers (account holders) shall be entitled to cancel an order by giving notice through email or telephone to SKLS AUTOS. Cancellation charges shall occur beyond five days after shipment of an order.

b) SKLS AUTOS shall be entitled to remind the Agents/Customers (account holders) regarding payments through notice by telephone, fax, email and further reserves the right on its sole discretion to refuse the sale of any vehicle or provide any service where:

• SKLS AUTOS has reasonable grounds to believe that the Agents/Customers (account holders) stand in breach/violation of the agreement;
• The agents/customers (account holders) ceases, or threatens to cease carrying out the business;
• The agents/customers (account holders) become insolvent:

c) Subject to the clause, the company shall be entitled to cancel the unit, vehicle and/or price down the vehicle cost by giving notice in accordance with this clause. The agents/customers (account holders) should contact SKLS AUTOS should they be considering to cancel the unit, part or all of their services and/or negotiate further on the price.

d) The agents/customers (account holders are solely responsible for ensuring that SKLS AUTOS receives notice of cancellation related to this agreement.

e) Should the agents/customers (account holder) breach payment terms and/or a deposit-first option has been selected, and required funds are insufficient to cover the company’s accrued sum of charges, SKLS AUTOS shall be entitled to serve a formal Notice of Cancellation of the account on email allowing the agents/customers (account holders) seven days to correct the relevant breach and/or deficient funds. This would be without prejudice to any previously accrued rights referred hereto.

f) SKLS AUTOS shall be entitled to cancel the unit if the party permanently fails to respond to notifications from SKLS AUTOS.

g) SKLS AUTOS shall be entitled to cancel the unit if the party fails to clear the balance incurred on order at the agreed time of period given.
